HGR Industrial Services, LLC. was formed in September, 2006.  Our work consists of General Oilfield Services, Roustabout, and Pipeline work.  Our goal is to provide professional services at a level above the industry standard with total commitment to skill, integrity and responsibility.

HGR's People
HGR’s principals, Matt Harris, and Randy Reynolds are intimately involved in the day to day operations of the company and are keenly aware of the importance of quality and Owner satisfaction as we go about our business.

Key Personnel

Matt Harris

Matt is a graduate of Chapel Hill High School.  He has worked as a carpenter, superintendent, estimator and project manager in the Tyler and East Texas area since 1983.  He is skilled in cost estimating, project administration, scheduling, contract administration and subcontract negotiations.

Randy Reynolds

Graduate of Chapel Hill High School. Randy has been in residential construction and rural land development in East Texas since 1990, and in commercial construction since 2000. He is skilled in cost estimating, project administration, scheduling, contract administration and subcontract negotiations.
